Craig Martin is a partner in Lamson Dugan & Murray and leads its construction group, where he focuses his practice on advising small to medium-sized business owners on day to day legal issues, including employment law and general operations, and should the need arise, in litigation.

Craig also serves on the Board for Skutt Catholic High School in Omaha.

Craig is in the deaconate formation program in the Archdiocese of Omaha. He and his wife have 3 children and are members of St. Robert Catholic Church in Omaha, Nebraska.

Craig received his B.A. degree from Creighton University and his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Nic has raised more than $300 million for Catholic causes across the country. As founder of Prenger Solutions Group, Nic leads a team of Catholic fundraising experts who leverage technology to help dioceses, schools and churches raise more money with fewer headaches. 

He has consulted for many of the nation's leading Catholic organizations including the dioceses of Wichita, Omaha, Orange, Phoenix, Steubenville, Nashville, Kansas City, Galveston-Houston, Dubuque and hundreds of parishes and schools all across the country.

A native of Carroll, Iowa, Nic is a graduate of Creighton University in Omaha and the University of Iowa Law School. A former board member for the Magis Catholic Teacher Corps, Nic served on the National Catholic Educational Association’s national advisory council for leadership development. He also serves on the stewardship committee for Christ the King Parish in Omaha, where he belongs along with his wife, Holly, and their three children.

Dan Waters, J.D. 

Partner, Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP

Dan Waters is a partner in LDM's business department. Dan regularly advises for-profit organizations, charitable organizations, and individuals in the areas of corporate governance, commercial and real estate transactions, estate planning and business succession planning.

Dan is a member of the Omaha Estate Planning Council, a regular speaker at local seminars, including corporate governance and estate planning, and an active member on the boards of local charitable organizations. He is also a designated Charter Advisor in Philanthropy.

Prior to joining Lamson, Dugan & Murray, Dan worked as the annual fund director for Creighton Preparatory High School, a Jesuit all-boys school in Omaha, Nebraska.

Dan is a graduate of Marquette University and Creighton University School of Law. He and his wife have four children and are members of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Elkhorn, Nebraska.
